San Diego Veterans Day Silver Strand Half Marathon, 12K, 10 Miler, 5K

The Half Marathon, 12K, and 10 Miler begin at Sunset Park in Coronado, offering a fast, flat route along the scenic Silver Strand State Highway, which is closed exclusively for this event. Runners will be treated to stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and San Diego Bay as they make their way along this picturesque stretch of coastal road. Along the course, you’ll find aid stations to keep you fueled and live entertainment to keep you motivated. The 5K starts and finishes at Silver Strand State Beach, offering a shorter but equally beautiful run along the shoreline. After crossing the finish line, stick around for the ultimate California Beach Party with a beer garden, food trucks, and a live band. For participants in the longer races, free shuttle buses will be available to take you back to the start line in Coronado, so you can fully relax and enjoy the post-race festivities. This course is perfect for runners looking to set a PR or simply enjoy a fun and scenic run by the beach!
