Run Oak Island, part of the BAM! Race Series, takes place in Oak Island, North Carolina. BAM, an acronym for #BigAssMedals, promises an extraordinary medal collection to racers. There are two half marathons (East & West) that allow participants to explore each end of the island—competitive on the East and walker-friendly on the West. There is also an ultramarathon, marathon, 10K, walker-friendly 5K, and walker-friendly 1-mile. Participants will receive nautical-themed medals and tri-blend finisher shirts.
